The focus of this project was modeling as well as creating a simple advertisement for the product rendered. I chose a serum bottle as something simple, but with some challenging features for a first time 3D modeler. I was able to learn so much about Cinema 4D as a program as well as 3D modeling in general. This project also made me think about advertising and type as well.
I wanted to really highlight certain elements of this product. Since it is a skincare product, I wanted to go with something clean, minimal, and too the point. The brand uses clean ingredients, so I wanted this to feel as close to the brand identity as possible. The cool tones compliment the blue of the serum liquid as well as to fit within the brightening qualities the serum promotes for skin.
